About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and executing social media strategies for brands.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

● Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.

● Create engaging captions, posts, reels, stories, and other social media content. ● Coordinate with the design and video teams to ensure timely delivery of creative content.

● Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry updates.

● Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, followers, and brand visibility.

● Schedule and publish content according to the content calendar.

● Track social media performance and prepare regular reports using relevant analytics tools.

● Analyze audience engagement and recommend improvements to content strategy. ● Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions in a timely and professional manner.

● Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats,



algorithms, and platform features.

Requirements

● 1–2 years of experience in social media management.

● Good understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices. ● Robust content writing and communication skills.

● Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.

● Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics. ● Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.

● Knowledge of tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, and social media scheduling/analytics platforms is an advantage.

● Prior experience working with a digital marketing agency or multiple brands will be an added advantage.
