GrowBro AI is an AI-powered customer engagement platform that helps businesses capture and qualify leads, automate follow-ups, schedule bookings, send reminders and payment receipts, provide personalized support, recover missed opportunities, and run targeted marketing campaigns across WhatsApp, Instagram, websites and apps.

We are looking for a creative, hands-on and growth-focused Social Media & Brand Growth Manager who can take ownership of our complete social media, content and brand growth function.

What You'll Handle

Social Media Management

- Manage GrowBro's Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Build and manage the content calendar.
- Plan and execute platform-specific content strategies.
- Manage publishing and content distribution.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms.

Content Creation

- Develop ideas for Reels, short-form videos, carousels, stories and posts.
- Write strong hooks, captions, scripts and CTAs.
- Create content around AI, SaaS, sales, marketing, business growth and customer engagement.
- Identify relevant trends, formats and opportunities.
- Take content from idea → script → creation → publishing → analysis.

Brand Building

- Build and strengthen GrowBro's online brand presence.
- Develop creative campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Turn product features, customer problems and company stories into engaging content.
- Develop founder-led and product-led content.
- Maintain consistency in GrowBro's visual and communication style.

Growth & Marketing

- Develop organic social media growth strategies.
- Experiment with different content formats and distribution methods.




- Explore creator, influencer and brand collaborations.
- Support product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Identify new opportunities for audience and business growth.

Community Management

- Manage comments, DMs and audience conversations.
- Engage with followers and potential customers.
- Understand audience feedback and pain points.
- Turn audience insights into new content ideas.
- Help build an engaged GrowBro community.

Analytics & Performance

- Track reach, views, engagement, watch time, retention and follower growth.
- Analyze content performance and identify what is working.
- Continuously test and improve content.
- Focus on meaningful brand growth rather than simply increasing the number of posts.

What We're Looking For
- 1–4 years of relevant social media, content or digital marketing experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Strong creative and storytelling skills.
- Ability to write compelling hooks, scripts and captions.
- Good understanding of short-form video content.
- Strong knowledge of trends and internet culture.
- Ability to independently develop and execute ideas.
- Comfortable taking complete ownership of social media.
- Understanding of social media analytics and growth metrics.
- Strong communication and execution skills.
- Comfortable working directly with founders.
- Startup experience is a plus.

Compensation

20,000 – 40,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

The final salary will depend on experience, skills, portfolio, creativity and demonstrated ability.

Performance-based incentives will be provided based on agreed targets and contribution to growth.
