Significant: This is a hands-on BI + Analytics role, not a pure dashboard/reporting position.

We're looking for a BI Lead who can go beyond dashboards and reporting — someone who can use data, analytics and modelling to solve real business problems and influence decisions.

What you'll work on:

- Lead analytics across Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Pricing, Claims and Customer functions
- Build predictive models around customer behaviour, propensity, segmentation, LTV, profitability, pricing, fraud, etc.
- Design and evaluate A/B tests, holdouts and business experiments
- Drive deep-dive analysis, RCA,



cohort and funnel analytics
- Build scalable data marts, analytical datasets and BI solutions
- Define and track business metrics and translate data into actionable insights
- Partner with senior stakeholders and mentor analysts

What we're looking for:

- 6–10 years in BI / Analytics / Data Science / Product Analytics
- Strong hands-on SQL + Python
- Strong understanding of statistics, predictive modelling and experimentation
- Experience with A/B testing, propensity modelling, segmentation, LTV, forecasting or GLM
- Experience with data warehouses such as BigQuery / Snowflake / Redshift
- Experience with Power BI / Tableau or similar
- Strong business and stakeholder-facing experience
- Insurance / Fintech / Banking experience would be a plus
