Role Description The Senior Technical Services Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for providing advanced technical service and support to customers, including process optimization, troubleshooting of product and application issues, and implementation of best practices for electronics manufacturing. The engineer will conduct root-cause analysis, perform trials and evaluations, document findings, and prepare technical reports and recommendations. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with sales and R&D; teams, delivering technical presentations and training, supporting product qualification and line audits, and ensuring that customer processes meet performance,



reliability, and sustainability targets. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company technologies and industry trends to proactively address customer needs.

Qualifications

- Must hold a B.Sc/M.Sc Chemistry degree (or) Chemical Engineering
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of PCB experience and wet process knowledge of Desmear, PTH, plating, and other surface finish processes.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Services, including customer-facing support and process optimization in electronics or related manufacturing environments.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for data interpretation, root-cause analysis, and performance evaluation of chemistries, materials, and processes.
- Candidates should possess hands-on Technical Support experience, including on-site assistance, application support, and implementation of technical solutions.
- Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting abilities for resolving complex process, equipment, and product-related issues in production settings.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, including the ability to prepare technical documentation, reports, and deliver training to diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications include an undergraduate degree in engineering or a related technical field (e.g., Chemical, Materials, Electronics) and experience in electronics manufacturing, surface finishing, or specialty chemicals.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with EHS and quality standards, willingness to travel for customer visits, and the ability to work collaboratively across global teams.
