- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans, laboratory experiments, and project work that foster analytical thinking.
- Assess student performance through regular tests, assignments, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.
- Mentor and guide students for competitive exams such as JEE and NEET, as required.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create an inclusive, supportive learning environment.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development programs, and school events.
- Coordinate with the school administration for curriculum updates and resource requirements.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities, including science fairs, workshops, and seminars.
Essential Qualifications
- Master's degree (M.Sc.)
in Physics / Bachelor of Education (B.ed) or related field from a recognized university.
- Eligibility for the Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) examination as per state regulations.
- Proficient command of English and Hindi (both written and spoken).
- Solid grasp of core Physics concepts and contemporary pedagogical methods.
Desired Experience
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (Classes XI‑XII).
