Role Description The Seasonal Sales Professional is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The role also requires staying informed about product features and industry trends to communicate effectively with clients.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Effective communication and presentation skills,



including the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, business-focused language.
- Basic understanding of SaaS, enterprise software, or technology solutions, and interest in sales compensation or incentive management domains.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple leads or opportunities, and meet seasonal sales targets.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and standard office productivity software to track activities and performance.
- Solid customer service mindset, with problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is preferred; experience in B2B or enterprise sales is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is beneficial.
