Senior Concept Architect | Hyderabad Location: Hyderabad (On-site) Experience: 8+ Years Qualification: B. Arch (Architecture) About the Role We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Concept Architect to join our Architecture Design Studio .
In this role, you will lead the conceptual design and creative vision for high-end residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, transforming cutting-edge ideas into exceptional architectural solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on prestigious projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver design excellence.
Key Responsibilities ✅ Lead conceptual design development from project inception through early design stages. ✅ Develop compelling architectural narratives aligned with client objectives and business goals. ✅ Collaborate with planning, interiors, engineering, landscape, and façade teams to ensure design feasibility and integrity.
✅ Present design concepts to senior leadership and incorporate feedback into refined solutions. ✅ Drive innovation and foster a culture of creative excellence within the design team. ✅ Maintain design intent throughout the development process.
✅ Mentor and guide junior architects to support professional growth and design excellence. What We're Looking For ✔ Strong design thinking with the ability to create bold,



context-driven architectural concepts. ✔ Expertise in master planning, spatial programming, and functional zoning.
✔ Proven experience in delivering concept designs for luxury developments. ✔ Excellent presentation and communication skills. ✔ Understanding of authority regulations and integration of technical requirements during conceptual stages. Technical Skills Sketch Up Rhino Revit Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe InDesign 3D Modeling & Visual Presentation Tools Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
