Must Have**

/n

/n

- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll implementations and support engagements.

/n

- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

/n

- Configure and support Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Workforce Structures, and Security.

/n

- Design and develop complex Quick Formulas, Calculation Cards, Payroll Balances, and Payroll Flows.

/n

- Lead payroll processing, reconciliation, statutory compliance, and post-payroll activities.

/n

- Develop and support HDL/HSDL conversions and mass data migrations.

/n





- Design reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.

/n

- Build and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP Services, and File-Based Integrations.

/n

- Perform solution architecture reviews and provide best-practice recommendations.

/n

- Lead CRP, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, and Production Support activities.

/n

- Mentor junior consultants and oversee offshore/onshore delivery teams.

/n

- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders globally

/n
