Investment Banking Expert

We are seeking experienced Investment Banking Experts to contribute to a customer project focused on financial modeling, valuation, transaction analysis, and industry research.

You'll apply your investment banking expertise to evaluate real-world financial analysis and help train next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.

Scope of Work

- Conduct company and industry research to support financial analysis and AI training.
- Perform target screening, comparable company analysis, and transaction analysis.
- Build, review, and troubleshoot Excel-based financial and valuation models.
- Prepare and review pitchbooks and client presentation materials.
- Analyze financial materials for numerical errors, valuation issues, and logical inconsistencies.
- Explain accounting treatments, valuation adjustments, assumptions,



and transaction sensitivities.
- Provide clear written and verbal explanations of complex financial concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience as a Senior Associate or Vice President in M&A;, investment banking, or industry coverage.
- Hands-on experience with live acquisition or sale processes.
- Strong expertise in Excel financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis.
- Experience with company research, target screening, comparable company analysis, and pitchbook preparation.
- Ability to review and improve analytical and client-facing materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
