Position: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Were looking for a passionate and result-driven ** Sales Manager/ Assistant Manager Sales** to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate or high-value product sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide customers through a seamless buying experience.
- Handle walk-in clients, site visits, and project presentations.
- Understand client needs, preferences, and budgets to recommend suitable properties.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with CRM and marketing teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Own vehicle preferred.

Educational qualification:

- Proficient in handling client queries and delivering presentations.




- Willingness to work on weekends and flexible hours (weekly off on weekdays).
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
