Responsibilities:

- Post job advertisements on job boards.
- Source candidates through databases, job boards, and professional networks.
- Manage and track applicant flow.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
- Screen resumes, cover letters, and applications.
- Conduct initial phone/video interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate virtual interviews.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and databases.
- Coordinate the Orientation session for applicants.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience through timely communication.
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure compliance with recruitment policies.
- Participate in special projects, e.g., employee onboarding, training.
- Attend domain, team, learning, etc meetings.

Requirements:

- Willingness to learn




- Communication and teamwork skills
- Pursuing or completing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Have a proper internet connection, i.e., Wi-Fi
- Dedicate 4-5 hours daily
- Have a personal laptop or desktop with a web camera
