About the Company:

ADM BUSINESS PARTNER is hiring for an ongoing project that helps prospective users understand and complete registration on its portal. The project focuses on clear communication, timely follow-ups, and making the registration experience simple and accessible for every lead.

Responsibilities:

- Call leads and explain the portal registration process in a clear, friendly manner.
- Guide users step by step through account creation and registration requirements.
- Respond to basic questions and resolve common registration-related concerns.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain accurate call and registration records.
- Coordinate with the project team to share lead updates, user feedback, and recurring issues.
- Maintain professional communication standards during every interaction.

Requirements:





- 0–1 year of experience; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Excellent Hindi and basic English communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with leads over the phone and explaining processes patiently.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to use online portals.
- Positive listening, follow-up, and record-keeping skills.
- Female candidates are preferred for this role.
- Applicants should be available for a 4-month internship in Saket, New Delhi.

This is a paid, full-time internship offering a monthly stipend of ₹5,000–₹8,000. The role is suitable for someone who enjoys customer interaction, can communicate confidently, and wants practical experience in lead engagement and project operations.
