Job Description

Serve as the

functional lead

for SAP S/4HANA Service implementation projects, following the

SAP Activate MethodologyConduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specificationsMap service business processes to SAP S/4HANA solution processesPerform fit-gap analysis and collaborate with technical teams for custom developmentsLead all phases of the project lifecycle: blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation supportIntegrate SAP S/4HANA Service with other SAP components such as

SAP CPQ

and

SAP S/4HANA Sales

for seamless business process executionSupport master and transactional data migration, cutover planning, and system upgrades in brownfield implementationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (FI-CA, CI, Controlling, RAR) to deliver integrated solutionsEnsure adherence to SAP best practices and compliance standardsTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to service processes and integration pointsMentor junior consultants and contribute to internal training and knowledge sharingIdentify opportunities for
