5–8 YearsKey Responsibilities:Manage relationships with

Architects, PMCs, Consultants, Contractors & Government Departments .Identify and develop

Government, Institutional, Commercial & Infrastructure projects .Drive

product specification

at the design stage and ensure inclusion in

BOQ, tender documents & approved vendor lists .Conduct technical presentations and recommend suitable products/solutions.Track projects from

specification → tender → award → execution → order conversion .Build and maintain a strong

project/specification pipeline .Monitor government tenders and coordinate with Sales/Project teams for conversion.Handle technical queries, samples, product documentation and compliance requirements.Required Profile:Graduate/Diploma in

Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design / Construction Management

or related field.5–8 years





of experience in

Specification, Project Sales, Consultant Management or Institutional Business Development .Solid network with

Architects, PMCs, Consultants, Contractors or Government/Institutional stakeholders in Delhi/NCR .Experience in

Building Materials / Construction Products / Architectural Products / Sanitaryware / Tiles / Flooring / Façade / Lighting / Electrical / HVAC / Plumbing / Hardware

preferred.Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi/NCR.
