About the RoleThis role is ideal for a commercially strong, field-driven sales professional who can independently manage territory performance, strengthen dealer and farmer relationships, drive product adoption, and convert market opportunities into sustainable business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesDrive territory sales growth, collections, forecasting, and market executionManage and strengthen dealer, distributor, and farmer networksLead market development activities for key crops, varieties, and high-potential segmentsPromote product adoption through field visits, crop demonstrations, farmer meetings,



and technical positioningMonitor channel inventory and support product availability across dealer/retailer pointsCoordinate new variety trials and capture market feedback for product positioningWork closely with internal stakeholders for smooth business executionWork independently as an individual contributor with full ownership of territory outcomes

Required ProfileDegree / Master’s in Agriculture5–7 years of experience in vegetable seeds / agri-input salesExperience in protected cultivation / polyhouse crops preferredStrong dealer management, collection, forecasting, and territory planning skillsAbility to convert crop knowledge into sales and market development opportunitiesStrong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skillsComfortable working independently in a field-based sales roleWillingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory
