Junior Art Director

to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in visual communication, conceptual thinking and design, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling creative work across platforms.Key Responsibilities:Develop creative concepts and visual ideas for campaigns and brands.Work closely with Copywriters, Creative Directors and other teams to develop integrated campaigns.Create visual concepts, layouts, mood boards and presentations.Adapt creative ideas across digital, social, print and other media.Stay updated on design, culture, trends and emerging visual formats.What We’re Looking For:0–3 years of relevant experience





in an advertising/creative workplace.Graduate from a

recognised Design/Art school

with a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design, Art Direction or a related discipline.Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and visual storytelling.Good understanding of typography, composition, colour and design principles.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Education is a key requirement — candidates from recognised design schools/institutes will be preferred.
