Knowledge in addressing AIF error hands-on.Good Knowledge in Contracts and SD Billing.Good-to-HaveExposure to Incident management tools and terminologiesHands on experience of SAP ABAPUnderstand integrations with non-SAP applicationsUnderstanding of change management processExposure to S/4 HANAResponsibilities :Providing technical and Functional support to Business on day to day issuesProvide support to resolve L2 and L3 issues with in the SLAFollow change management process to deploy Production Fixes and Problem TicketsActively Monitor the Interfaces and support Business KPIsDemonstrates Business knowledge to support Business Proccess and RCA on issues.Coordinate cross-functional activities between towers and technical teams on integrated issues
