We buy traffic on Google and sell inbound phone calls — US insurance and home services — through our own Ringba setup and network relationships. We run our own offers with our own budgets. If RPC, EPC, payout caps, and tier routing are everyday words for you, this role will feel like home.

The role:

run 5–6 Google Ads accounts (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen) where the goal is explicit — keep cost per call below revenue per call, and keep call quality strong enough to hold the best-paying lines. You'll own the accounts end to end: structure, bidding, negative keywords, landing pages, and conversion tracking.

What we're looking for:Experience buying traffic where you owned the outcome — pay-per-call, CPL/CPS offers, search arbitrage, or lead generation — with hands-on Google Ads work (Meta or native experience on top is a plus)Working knowledge of Performance Max and Demand Gen, or the Google Ads depth to master them quicklyThe ability to open a call log or search terms report and find the problem yourselfComfort talking through the numbers you've run — spend levels, payouts, and margins

this is a hands-on media buying role — building and running campaigns yourself and owning their results. It's different from campaign support, policy, or account management roles, so it's the right fit only if you've personally managed campaigns and their performance.
