The candidate should be capable of building, selling, and delivering Zoho solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Zoho team, including consultants, developers, and implementation specialists.Manage end-to-end Zoho implementation, customization, integration, and support projects.Understand client business requirements and design suitable Zoho solutions.Manage project scope, timelines, quality, resources, risks, and delivery.Act as the key point of contact for clients and manage escalations effectively.Conduct client meetings, requirement discussions, product demonstrations, and presentations.Identify recent business opportunities and generate cross-selling and upselling opportunities.Support sales with solution design, proposals, SOWs, estimates, and commercial discussions.Maintain and develop a strong Zoho sales pipeline.Establish SOPs and ensure proper project documentation, UAT, Go-Live, handover, and support processes.Mentor team members, identify skill gaps,
