About the Role:We are looking for a Project Coordinator to help keep ourDevelopment, QA, DevOps, Mobile,andUI/UXteams organized and on track. You will track project status, help schedule and run team meetings and make sure Product Owners and Project Managers always have clear, up-to-date visibility into where things stand and who is working on what.This is not a technical role and no coding or technical decision-making required. It is a great fit for someone early in their career who is organized, detail-oriented, and looking to grow into project management orScrum Master work.What You Will Do:Track status, timelines, and action items across active projects forDevelopment, QA, DevOps, Mobile, and UI/UX teamsHelp schedule and support standups,sprint planning , andretro meetingsKeep project boards and trackers(e.g., Jira)accurate and up to dateFlag scheduling conflicts , missed deadlines,



or resourcing issues to your managerSupport Product Owners and Project Managers with regular status updates and reportingHelp coordinate logistics and coverage when priorities shift or team members are outMaintain simple dashboards/reports so leadership has a clear view of project statusAssist with onboarding logistics for current team members, in coordination with HRWhat You Bring:1 - 3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a related support roleCAPM, PSMI, or similar entry-levelAgile/PM certification preferredbut not requiredComfortable using tools like Jira to track tasks and schedulesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailClear written and verbal communicationSome exposure toAgile/Scrumways of workingComfortable working across multiple teams and adjusting to shifting prioritiesNice to Have:Working toward aPMP or Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) certificationExperience with reporting or dashboard toolsInterest in growing into aScrum Master or Project Managerrole
