Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new clients in the AEC BIM industryBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsManage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closurePresent and explain BIM solutions to clientsUse CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot)



to manage leads and opportunitiesConduct market research and track industry trendsCollaborate with internal teams for smooth project delivery

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in business development or salesBackground in Mechanical Engineering or ArchitectureGood understanding of BIM solutions

Required Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skillsKnowledge of the USA market is a must.
