We help enterprises and government organizations convert video data into real-time insights that improve security, operational efficiency, and decision-making.Role OverviewWe are looking for aProject Managerto lead the end-to-end execution and delivery of AI, video analytics, and technology projects. The candidate will work closely with customers, engineering, product, sales, and project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to customer requirements.The ideal candidate should be comfortable managingenterprise and government stakeholders , coordinating technical teams, handling project risks, and translating business requirements into actionable execution plans.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadend-to-end project executionfor AI, video analytics, software, IoT, or technology deployments.Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and resource requirements.Coordinate withengineering, product, sales, implementation, and support teams .Manage relationships withenterprise and government clients .Understand customer requirements and translate them into clear execution plans.Prepare and maintain detailedproject plans, trackers, status reports, and documentation .Monitor project progress against timelines, scope, quality, and budget.Identify project risks,



dependencies, bottlenecks, and delays and drive appropriate mitigation.Conduct regular project reviews and provide progress updates to internal and external stakeholders.Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a rapid-paced environment.Coordinate deployment, integration, testing, commissioning, and project closure activities where applicable.Supportpre-sales activitiesby providing project timelines, feasibility inputs, resource estimates, and implementation plans.Ensure proper communication between technical teams and business/customer stakeholders.Drive issue resolution and ensure timely closure of project deliverables.Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, action items, and change requests.Required Skills & Qualifications4–10 years of relevant experiencein project management, preferably in technology, AI, SaaS, IoT, software, video analytics, or system integration.Strong understanding ofSDLC and software/project delivery processes .Experience managingenterprise and/or government clients .Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.Proven experience inproject planning, execution, tracking,



and delivery .Ability to coordinate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and escalation-management skills.Ability to managemultiple projects, priorities, and deadlines .Good documentation and reporting skills.Familiarity with project management tools such asJira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, or equivalent .Strong ownership and execution-oriented approach.Preferred SkillsExperience inAI, Computer Vision, Video Analytics, IoT, SaaS, Smart City, Safe City, ITMS, ICCC, surveillance, or system integrationprojects.Experience managinglarge-scale technology deployments .Exposure to government projects, tenders, PSUs, system integrators, or Smart City projects.Basic understanding ofAI/ML, computer vision, video analytics, APIs, cloud/edge deployments, or software platforms .Experience coordinating onsite deployments and customer implementation teams.PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or similar certification.What We’re Looking ForOwnership:Takes responsibility for project outcomes from initiation to closure.Execution:Strong ability to convert plans into timely deliverables.Technical-business bridge:Can communicate effectively with both technical teams and customers.Client management:Comfortable interacting with senior enterprise and government stakeholders.Problem solving:Proactively identifies and resolves project risks and bottlenecks.Adaptability:Comfortable working in a fast-growing technology/startup environment.Attention to detail:Maintains accurate project plans, trackers, documentation, and follow-ups.Share your resume: [email protected]
