Cirque de India is looking for an experienced Event Project Manager to join our growing team in New Delhi. We create large-scale live experiences bringing together performance, contemporary circus, dance, music, technical production and visual storytelling.This is a hands-on role.We’re looking for a doer who can lead — not simply a manager who delegates.Someone who takes personal ownership, stays close to the details, steps in where needed and is comfortable moving between leading meetings, updating schedules, coordinating vendors, checking technical requirements, managing teams in office and solving problems in real time.Location: Delhi NCRRole: Full-time, six-month contract, with potential for a longer-term positionWorking style: Predominantly in personTravel: Frequent travel for site recces, rehearsals and live eventsWhat we’re looking for:7+ years of experience in large-scale live events, entertainment production or technically complex productionsStrong knowledge of production, sound, lighting, staging, rigging,



trussing and technical set-upsA genuinely hands-on approach to project and production managementProven experience leading teams and ensuring accountabilityExcellent leadership, communication and people-management skillsFluent in Hindi and EnglishHighly organized, solutions-oriented and calm under pressureStrong working knowledge of Excel, production schedules, timelines and project-tracking systemsExperience coordinating vendors, technical teams, artists, props, costumes, rehearsals and logisticsPhysically able and comfortable spending extended hours on-site and on your feet, including long production, rehearsal and show daysFlexible and willing to travel frequentlyComfortable working within a smoke-free workplace and production environmentTo apply, please send your CV, a brief introduction, examples of large-scale live productions you have personally managed — including what you personally owned and executed — and 2 professional references who can vouch for the quality of your work, reliability and leadership on-site.
