serving the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, herbal, and healthcare industries.We are looking for a

detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible Accounts Executive

with

2–3 years of relevant hands-on experience

to support our day-to-day accounting and finance operations.The ideal candidate will have strong practical knowledge of accounting,

Tally, GST, TDS, reconciliations, invoicing, and ledger management , with the ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities and work effectively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day

accounting entries, bookkeeping, and financial transactions .Maintain accurate

ledgers, journals, vouchers, and accounting records .Manage

accounts payable and accounts receivable

activities.Prepare, verify, and record

purchase invoices, sales invoices, debit notes, and credit notes .Perform

bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations .Monitor

customer outstanding balances and vendor payments .Assist with

GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements .Maintain proper documentation and records for

statutory, internal, and financial audits .Assist with

monthly closing, ledger scrutiny, and MIS reporting .Support

inventory and stock-related accounting and reconciliation .Coordinate with

Purchase, Sales, Stores, Production, and other departments

on accounting-related matters.Identify discrepancies and ensure





timely reconciliation and corrective action .Ensure accounting records are maintained accurately and within defined timelines.Provide support to the senior finance/accounts team on various accounting and finance activities.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate should be:Accurate and detail-oriented

with strong numerical ability.Proactive, responsible, and organized .Comfortable working with

numbers, deadlines, and financial records .Capable of handling routine accounting activities with

limited supervision .Strong in

follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving .Willing to learn and take on

increasing responsibility within the finance function .Professional in handling

confidential financial information .

Must-Have Qualifications

B.Com or equivalent qualification .2–3 years of relevant hands-on experience in Accounting/Finance .Positive working knowledge of

Tally Prime / Tally ERP .Working knowledge of

GST and TDS .Practical experience in

bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable .Valuable working knowledge of

MS Excel .Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.Ability to





work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities .Willingness to work on-site at Padra, Gujarat.Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15 days will be preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in a

pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, manufacturing, or industrial organization .Exposure to

inventory/stock accounting and purchase accounting .Experience assisting with

GST, statutory, internal, or tax audits .Exposure to

month-end closing and MIS reporting .Experience working with

ERP/accounting systems

in addition to Tally.Strong

Excel skills , including working with financial data and reconciliation.Candidates demonstrating strong

ownership, learning ability, accuracy, and long-term commitment

will be preferred.
