U.S.-based healthcare project .Requirements

Fluent English and Spanish is mandatory.2–3 years of experience in

International BPO, Customer Service, Collections, Healthcare BPO or similar voice-based roles .Strong verbal communication and customer-handling skills.Experience handling

customer/patient calls, queries and follow-ups .Comfortable working with international/U.S. customers or patients.Candidates from

Delhi NCR

can apply if willing to relocate to

Mohali, Punjab .Key Responsibilities





Handle patient calls for a U.S.-based healthcare project.Communicate with patients professionally in

English and Spanish .Handle patient queries, requests and follow-ups.Provide explicit and accurate information to patients.Maintain proper records of calls and interactions.Ensure a professional and customer-focused experience.Key Skills
