and Extended Essay-related requirementswhere applicable.Support MYP students with appropriate inquiry-based projects and assessment requirements.Use differentiated teaching strategies to meet diverse student learning needs.IntegrateATL skills, inquiry-based learning, and IB Learner Profile attributesinto classroom practice.Participate in interdisciplinary planning and collaborate with teachers across departments.Assess student learning using appropriate IB assessment criteria and provide timely, constructive feedback.Monitor student progress and maintain accurate academic records.Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and development.Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and wider learning initiatives.Stay updated with IB curriculum developments, assessment practices, and effective teaching methodologies.Actively participate in professional development and contribute to the academic community.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s or Master’s degree inEconomics, Business Studies, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline .B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.Minimum3 years of relevant teaching experience , preferably in IB MYP and/or DP Economics or Business Management.Strong understanding of Economics and Business Management concepts.Ability to explain complex concepts through practical examples and real-world applications.Strong analytical, research, communication,
