Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop robust relationships with clients through regular communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth through effective client coordination.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients, resulting in increased revenue generation.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-1 year of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry or related field (freshers welcome).
- Bachelor's degree in Computers (B.Tech) or equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles, including client development, relationship management, and team coordination.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
