Role Description The ECOM Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Dehradun. The role involves managing product listings on e-commerce marketplaces and company platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory updates. The ECOM Executive will monitor online orders, coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams, and assist with timely dispatch and delivery tracking.

Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, handling order-related issues, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role also includes analyzing sales performance, supporting online promotions, assisting with digital content for product pages, and preparing regular reports for management.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage e-commerce product listings, catalog updates,



and basic content entry for online platforms.
- Skills in order processing, inventory coordination, and collaboration with logistics or warehouse teams.
- Customer service skills, including responding to queries, resolving order issues, and maintaining professional communication.
- Basic data analysis skills for tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and supporting online marketing activities.
- Proficiency with computers, MS Office (Excel, Word), and familiarity with e-commerce marketplaces or ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, online retail, or export operations is preferred; knowledge of handicrafts or home décor is a plus.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
