Coordinate with sale, customer, & production for order execution
Manage external/internal follow-ups for artwork approval & dispatch detail
Assist in cost estimation & ensure accurate data in ERP
Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
Required Candidate profile
Maintain all export documentation & ensure compliance
Communicate delay & propose remedial action to customer
Perform other duty as assign by management
Assist in weekly/monthly plan align with order
