Roles and Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership

- Develop and implement the strategic vision for the e-commerce services department in alignment with company objectives.

- Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the e-commerce landscape to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term goals and objectives for the department.

Team Management

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of e-commerce specialists, including project managers, analysts, and technical experts.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.

- Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback to support professional growth and development.

Client Relationship Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

- Develop deep understanding of client needs and challenges, and proactively identify opportunities to add value through our services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized e-commerce solutions that meet client objectives.

Operational Excellence

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce services department, ensuring efficient resource allocation and project execution.





- Manage the operations and ensure the operation is in accordance with established procedures and practices.

- Monitor key performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service delivery and drive operational excellence.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, security standards, and best practices in e-commerce operations.

Stakeholder Engagement

- Maintain open communications with senior management to keep them appraised of operational situations that impact or may impact their goals/vision.

- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, sales, marketing, IT, and finance teams, to drive alignment and support business growth initiatives.

- Closely work with internal teams in recruitment, plan, performance, operation, projects, etc.
