- Reach out to leads generated from exhibitions, referrals, and inbound inquiries
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitality clients, including restaurants, hotels, and procurement teams
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and order confirmations
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain accurate tracking sheets
- Follow up with clients on inquiries, sampling, and order status
- Coordinate internally with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
