Role & responsibilities

- Proven experience managing software development and application support teams.
- Robust hands-on knowledge of:
- Java (Spring Boot, Microservices)
- Python (Flask, Django, FastAPI)
- .NET / .NET Core (C#)

- Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications and integration solutions.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and application integration patterns.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS.
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Jenkins.
- Understanding of containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing budgets, resources, vendors, and project delivery.




- Ability to lead technical discussions, provide architectural guidance, and make strategic technology decisions.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Desirable Skills

- Experience with Physical Access Control Systems (PACS) and physical security technologies.
- Knowledge of enterprise security operations, access management processes, and physical security system integrations.
- Experience in cloud-native application development and modernization.
- Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
- Agile, Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant professional certifications.
- Experience managing globally distributed teams and supporting business-critical applications.
