*Job Title: Site Engineer*

*Job Summary:*
We are looking for a motivated Site Engineer to assist in the daily supervision of construction activities, ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings and project specifications. The candidate will support the preparation of Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Daily Labour Reports (DLR), and coordinate with labour teams for smooth execution.

*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Site Supervision*
• Assist in supervising in office construction activities as per project drawings.
• Ensure the execution of tasks according to specified quality and safety standards.
2. *Execution as per Drawing*
• Read and understand civil/architectural drawings.
• Support layout marking, level checking, and monitoring execution accuracy.
3. *DPR & DLR Preparation*
• Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR) for tracking work progress.
• Record labour attendance and daily workforce deployment through Daily Labour Reports (DLR).

Labour Management*
• Support in planning daily manpower requirements with the senior engineer.
• Ensure timely availability of workers for each task as per site needs.
5 *. Coordination*
• Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, and internal departments for daily activities.
• Report any discrepancies or delays to the senior/site in-charge promptly.
