Job Title: Site Supervisor

Location: Chadha residency, Near Gandhkuti, Karav village, Vangani (w) -421 503, Tal. Ambarnath, Dist. Thane.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor daily construction/site activities.

Manage labour, contractors, and site workers.

Ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and management.

Check material usage and maintain proper site records.

Ensure safety, discipline, and cleanliness at the site.

Prepare daily progress reports and update management.

Identify and resolve site-related issues.

Requirements:

2–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction/real estate.

Knowledge of civil construction and site work.

Positive manpower and contractor handling skills.

Ability to read basic drawings and understand site requirements.

Must be responsible, punctual, and willing to travel to project sites.
