Field sales experience from any sector is welcome – BFSI / Home Loan / NBFC sales candidates will get preference.

What the job actually is:

You will sell home loans and loan against property (LAP) for one of the top reputed Housing Finance companies – meeting customers in the field, builders and DSA partners, and closing files up to disbursement.

Key responsibilities:

• Source home loan / LAP customers through direct market visits, builders and DSA / connector channels

• Achieve monthly login and disbursement targets

• Explain product features and guide customers through documentation

• Coordinate with credit and operations for quick approvals





• Maintain daily sales MIS

What we are looking for:

• Graduate and above (any stream)

• Minimum 1 year field sales experience in any sector – Home Loan / NBFC / Banking / BFSI sales preferred

• Positive spoken Tamil and basic English

• Own two-wheeler

• Local Chennai candidates preferred

Compensation:

• CTC Rs 3 – 4 Lakh per annum + attractive incentives
