What the job actually is - this is a senior agency role. You set up and grow a partner-office led life insurance business: you bring in agency partners and advisors, help them build their own teams, and drive premium through this partner network. You are responsible for the business of the partner office, not just your own sales.

Key responsibilities

- Recruit and onboard agency partners and advisors for the partner office
- Help partners build and activate their own advisor teams
- Drive monthly life insurance premium and persistency through the partner network
- Conduct joint field work, training and regular business reviews with partners




- Ensure IRDAI and company compliance

What we are looking for

- Age: 21–38 years
- Life insurance AGENCY channel experience is a must
- Stability of 2 to 4 years in the current / last life insurance agency role
- Robust local network in Ahmedabad
- Graduate in any discipline
- Comfortable with daily field visits

Compensation - fixed salary up to Rs 10 lakh per annum (based on experience and current CTC), plus performance incentive over and above the fixed salary.
