We are looking for an experienced and responsible Workshop Incharge / Supervisor to manage day-to-day workshop operations, supervise technicians and helpers, ensure timely completion of jobs, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily workshop activities.

- Allocate work to technicians and monitor job progress.

- Ensure repair, maintenance, fabrication, or service work is completed efficiently and on time.

- Inspect completed work and maintain quality standards.

- Manage workshop manpower, tools, equipment, and materials.

- Maintain records of jobs, spare parts, inventory, and workshop expenses.

- Coordinate with management regarding job status, requirements, and delays.

- Identify technical issues and assist technicians in troubleshooting.

- Ensure proper use and maintenance of workshop machinery and tools.

- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and safety standards within the workshop.





- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements.

- Train and guide technicians and helpers when required.

Requirements

- ITI / Diploma / relevant technical qualification preferred.

- 3–7 years of experience in workshop supervision or a similar role.

- Valuable knowledge of workshop operations, tools, machinery, and maintenance procedures.

- Ability to manage and motivate a team.

- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.

- Ability to maintain job and inventory records.

- Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.

- Candidates with experience in [automobile / fabrication / machinery / heavy equipment / manufacturing] will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
