Role & responsibilities

- Installation, commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of RO, WTP, ETP, and STP plants.

- Should be able to carry out plumbing & Electrical Cabling jobs,

- Coordinate Installation, Erection & Commissioning activities

- Attend customer sites for preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.

- Troubleshoot pumps, motors, valves, dosing systems, filters, membranes, blowers, control panels, and associated equipment.

- Support plant start-up, trial runs, performance monitoring, and optimization.

- Attend customer complaints and provide timely technical support.

- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, checklists, and site observations.

- Coordinate with project, engineering, and service teams for site requirements.

- Guide and train plant operators on basic operation and maintenance practices.

- Follow safety procedures and ensure proper use of PPE and tools.

- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

Preferred candidate profile

- ITI in Plumbing / Electrical / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or a related technical field.

- 15 years of relevant experience in RO/WTP/ETP/STP installation, commissioning, operation, or maintenance preferred.





- Practical knowledge of pumps, motors, valves, piping, dosing systems, filtration, RO systems, and wastewater treatment equipment.

- Basic ability to read P&ID;, mechanical, and electrical drawings.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a project/service team.

- Willingness to undertake frequent field travel.

- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications and a strong interest in field service may also be considered.
