CONTRACT PROSPECT

We are looking for a Workday Reporting Consultant with experience in Workday Performance Management to design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards. The consultant will partner with HR, Talent Management, and IT teams to deliver accurate reporting that supports business decisions, performance review cycles, and ongoing HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and translate business requirements into Workday reports and dashboards.

- Build and maintain Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports, using appropriate data sources, business objects, and calculated fields.

- Develop performance management reports covering employee reviews, goals, competencies, ratings, calibration, and review completion.

- Partner with HR and Talent Management teams to track performance review cycles, identify pending actions, and analyze outcomes.

- Support reporting across Workday HCM and related functional areas.

- Validate report accuracy, investigate data discrepancies, and troubleshoot report performance and access issues.

- Apply appropriate security controls to protect confidential employee and performance data.

- Develop and maintain Reports-as-a-Service (RaaS) outputs as needed for integrations.

- Support testing, user acceptance,



deployment, and reporting validation following Workday releases.

- Maintain reporting documentation, standards, and a reusable report inventory.

- Train business users and support self-service reporting.

Required Qualifications

- Hands-on experience developing reports and dashboards in Workday.

- Experience with Workday Performance Management, including performance reviews, goals, competencies, ratings, and related business processes.

- Strong knowledge of Workday Report Writer, calculated fields, business objects, and data sources.

- Experience building Advanced and Matrix reports, with familiarity with Composite reports.

- Ability to report on performance review status, completion rates, rating distributions, and historical performance trends.

- Understanding of Workday security and its impact on access to employee and performance data.

- Experience gathering requirements, validating report results, and resolving reporting issues.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
