Job Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused Wedding Sales Coordinator to generate wedding enquiries, coordinate client requirements, and support the sales process for wedding and event bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and handle wedding and event enquiries.
- Understand client requirements, budgets, and event preferences.
- Conduct venue visits and explain available facilities and packages.
- Prepare quotations and event proposals.
- Follow up with prospective wedding clients.
- Coordinate with banquet, F&B;,



décor, and operations teams.
- Maintain client records and booking details.
- Assist in contract and booking documentation.
- Coordinate with clients before and during events.
- Support the team in achieving wedding sales targets.
