About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Welder & Fabricator to handle on-site structural fabrication and modifications for automatic gate systems, working closely with our installation team.

Key Responsibilities

- Fabricate and weld motor base plates, framing structures, and gear racks.
- Install and align steel gear racks on sliding gates with proper level and straightness.
- Modify and reinforce MS/iron gates, hinges, pillars, wheels, and tracks for smooth automation.
- Support engineers during motor installation and ensure proper gate balance and movement.
- Fabricate brackets and supports for safety sensors, locks, and automation components.
- Perform grinding, finishing, alignment,



and basic anti-rust treatment.
- Maintain welding machines, grinders, cutters, and other tools safely.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on welding/fabrication experience.
- Arc welding experience mandatory; MIG experience is an advantage.
- ITI Welder / Fitter preferred.
- Good understanding of measurements, levels, alignment, and basic fabrication drawings.
- Personal Bike + Valid Driving Licence mandatory.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and work outdoors.
