Role & responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks.
- Ensure proper inventory management, stock accuracy and cycle counting.
- Monitor GRN, put-away, picking, dispatch and material movement processes.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of warehouse records.
- Coordinate with transportation, operations, customers and internal teams.
- Maintain warehouse safety, housekeeping and 5S standards.
- Monitor manpower productivity and operational performance.
- Handle discrepancies, damages, shortages and inventory-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, company policies and safety guidelines.
- Prepare daily/weekly operational and inventory reports.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with warehouse procedures.
