Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Warehouse / Godown Manager to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, stock management, packing, and dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse/godown operations.
- Receive and verify incoming materials and goods.
- Maintain proper storage and organization of stock.
- Track stock inward and outward movements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
- Ensure proper packing, loading, and dispatch of customer orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, transporters, and internal teams.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, safe, and well organized.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about low-stock or damaged items.
- Minimize stock damage, wastage, and inventory discrepancies.
- Supervise warehouse helpers and loading/unloading workers.
- Maintain basic documentation, bills, delivery challans, and stock registers.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.




- Report daily/weekly warehouse activities and stock status to management.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse/godown management.
- Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage warehouse workers and daily activities.
- Should be responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Experience in agriculture products, food products, FMCG, or wholesale trading will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Bangalore local transport network is preferred.
