Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily warehouse, stores and dispatch operations.

- Maintain accurate SKU-wise, batch-wise and location-wise inventory.

- Ensure FEFO/FIFO and complete batch traceability.

- Handle order processing, picking, packing, loading and dispatch.

- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners.

- Ensure accurate delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills and dispatch documentation.

- Coordinate with QA/QC for finished-goods release.

- Manage returns, damaged, expired and rejected products.

- Monitor stock reconciliation, ageing and near-expiry inventory.

- Lead warehouse and dispatch team and ensure SOP, safety and compliance.

- Drive improvements in inventory accuracy, dispatch accuracy and on-time delivery.

- Min : 6-10 years; 2-4 years in supervisory/managerial role.

Basic / UG Qualification * - Graduate in Commerce / Science / Engineering / Agriculture / Supply Chain / Logistics or related field

PG Qualification - - PG Diploma in Materials Management / Logistics / Supply Chain preferred
