Role Description The Warehouse Manager role at Reliance Retail is a full-time, on-site position based in Bharuch. The role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, while ensuring accurate stock levels and timely order fulfillment.

Manager will coordinate inventory control processes, supervise warehouse staff, and maintain efficient workflows that support store replenishment and customer demand.



This role also includes monitoring safety and compliance, optimizing space utilization, and implementing operational improvements to enhance productivity and reduce loss.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Stock Control and Inventory Control skills to maintain accurate records and minimize variances.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Management and Operations Management skills to plan, organize, and optimize warehouse processes.
- Candidates should possess safe and certified Forklift Operation skills and familiarity with material handling equipment.
- Relevant experience in warehouse or distribution center management within retail, FMCG, or logistics environments.
- Ability to lead and develop diverse teams, with strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), basic MS Office tools, and data-driven reporting.
- Working knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Preferred qualification: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
