Role & responsibilities

- Manage inward & outward material, GRN/SAP entries and documentation.

- Verify material, identify shortages/damages and maintain proper records.

- Maintain physical & SAP stock reconciliation and minimum stock levels.

- Handle storage, stacking, labeling, 5S and safety requirements.

- Manage material picking, dispatch, loading and vehicle documentation.

- Maintain packaging stock such as Box, Pallet, Lid, Sleeve and Insert.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and warehouse reports.

- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, customers, HO and Operations.

- Follow up on shortages, damages and operational issues.

- Ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations as per SOP and safety standards.

Preferred candidate profile





- 24 years of experience in Warehouse / Stores / Logistics Operations.

- Hands-on experience in SAP, GRN, inventory and stock reconciliation.

- Good knowledge of inward, outward, dispatch and material handling.

- Experience in MIS reporting and warehouse documentation.

- Knowledge of 5S, SOP, safety and warehouse practices.

- Positive coordination and communication skills with transporters, customers and internal teams.

- Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day warehouse operations.

- Candidates from Manufacturing / Automotive / Logistics industry Packaging service industry preferred.
