: Executive Assistant
Position Title: Executive Assistant
Department: Corporate Office / Administration
Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu
Reporting To: Chairman / Managing Director / Executive Director / CEO
Grade: Executive / Senior Executive

Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support
- Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate meetings, board meetings, reviews, and business discussions.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and follow-up action trackers.
- Screen and prioritize incoming correspondence, calls, and requests.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up on action items assigned by management.
Administrative Coordination
- Handle confidential documents, reports, and executive communications.
- Draft letters, emails, presentations, and official correspondence.
- Maintain executive records, files, and documentation systems.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Manage expense reports and reimbursement documentation.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with department heads for MIS reports, project updates, and business reviews.
- Follow up with various departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Build professional relationships with customers, vendors, consultants, and government officials as required.
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly executive dashboards.
- Track key business metrics and management action plans.
- Consolidate reports from different departments for leadership review.
- Maintain records of strategic initiatives and project progress.
Event & Meeting Management
- Organize leadership meetings, conferences, events, and business visits.
- Coordinate logistics, venue arrangements, presentations, and hospitality.
- Maintain records of meeting decisions and ensure action closure.
Confidentiality & Compliance
- Handle highly sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and corporate governance requirements.
- Maintain professionalism and discretion at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Arts, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM preferred.
- Certification in Executive Administration or Office Management is an added advantage.
Experience
- 1 to 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary, or similar role.
- Experience supporting senior executives in manufacturing, textile, corporate, or industrial environments preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong presentation and documentation skills.
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Calendar and travel management expertise.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Pay: ₹8,104.21 - ₹25,508.37 per month
