Electrical Manager – Weaving

Experience: 12 to 20 Years

Educational Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Supervisor Competency Certificate / Electrical License preferred

Industry Experience
- Minimum 10+ years in textile weaving operations.
- Hands-on experience in weaving plants with Air Jet, Rapier, Sulzer, or Projectile looms.
- Exposure to sizing, warping, humidification, compressors, and utility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the electrical maintenance team for the weaving division.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of weaving machines and utilities.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshoot PLC, VFD, servo drives, sensors, and automation systems.




- Monitor power consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
- Manage HT/LT electrical systems, DG sets, transformers, compressors, and substations.
- Ensure statutory compliance and electrical safety standards.
- Maintain machine uptime and reduce electrical breakdowns.
- Coordinate with production teams for planned maintenance activities.
- Handle spare parts inventory and maintenance budgeting.
