Shift Timings: US Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM / 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST)
Role Summary The Recruiter will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment services for US clients across IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare domains. The role requires adherence to defined SLAs, effective stakeholder management, and contribution to overall recruitment delivery while mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery as per agreed SLAs
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels
- Coordinate with clients and participate in calls as required
- Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases
- Mentor and support junior recruiters in meeting delivery standards
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, information security, and data privacy policies
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/portals
- Positive negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
