We are looking for freshers who are interested in starting their career in US IT Recruitment and IT Sourcing . Training will be provided to selected candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
- Search and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Make calls to candidates and explain job opportunities.
- Screen candidates based on basic skills and requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate details and update recruitment trackers.
- Work with the team to achieve daily calling and sourcing targets.
- Learn basic US IT recruitment and staffing processes.
Requirements
- Freshers from any graduation background can apply.
- Valuable communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of IT concepts
